Sessions will involve a pre talk discussion to understand areas you want to work on and what you want to get out of your sessions.  Following that initial session we will work through a suggested plan of therapy which could be from 2 to 6 sessions.

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation. It’s kind of like that dreamy zone you enter when you’re really absorbed in a book or a movie—you’re awake, but your awareness is narrowed in a way that makes you more open to ideas or guidance.

When under hypnosis your analytical part of your brain, which is your conscious mind is switched off and the subconscious is brought to the fore.   The subconscious is the part of the brain that acts instinctively driving our emotions and behaviours.  


By accessing the subconscious you are able to adjust or improve the state for your desired behavioural change. 


Everyone experiences the sensation of hypnosis differently as our minds are individual.   Most would report the feeling of deep relaxation.   You will recall the session as clearly as if you were out of hypnosis.  There is no memory loss. 


When under hypnosis you are still aware of your surroundings and can still talk and move if you wish to.  


Hypnotherapy can help with  managing pain, reducing anxiety, build confidence, enhance overall performance,  bereavement, overcoming phobias, or breaking habits like smoking. But it’s not magic or mind control—despite what you may have seen of stage hypnosis. 


You cannot be hypnotized against your will or made to do something truly against your values.   Your change is down to your choice to change.   


Through Hypnotherapy you are able to discover what subconscious principle is driving those behaviours and through techniques together we can relearn a new way to react to a future scenario. 



Taking back control of your life.   Letting go of old habits or traumas that have held you back or limited you in the past.   Bringing your full potential into focus.    


Depending on the individual objective I would recommend 2-3 sessions minimum.    Each session is an hour with exception to the initial session which is about 1.5 hrs. 


Other areas could arise through the sessions which may require additional work.

About me

Thank you for taking the time to review my website. Nice to meet you so here is a little about who I am; based in Haslemere, originally from Guildford. I worked in the corporate sector for over 30 years in market research and business consulting in Technology. 


Since my early career I have had a strong interest in psychology and behavioural science which I have researched as a hobby. 


My other passion is sports and the mind/body connection. I am a qualified Level 2 Triathlon coach which I obtained as part of my local run club. I enjoyed working athletes to go beyond what they thought they were capable of through techniques and training guidance. 


This is something I have carried over to my practice helping clients through their journey to overcome obstacles that are holding them back to reach their true potential. 

I believe that anything is possible, from running a marathon to building confidence / overcoming your biggest fear / phobia, all with the right mind set. I am here to help you achieve that goal.
